What ingredients do you use?
WEKÜKÜ's fragrance raw materials and technology are coming from "Givaudan" and "Firmenich", known as the world's top famous international fragrance agencies with century-old experiences in fragrance research and production.
They have more than 600 self-made spices and contribute more than 3,000 natural and synthetic spices products, ensuring the quality of Wekükü's fragrance candle, into the finest perfume for your own space.
How long do candles burn?
Classic Candles 7.05oz burn up to 55 hours.
What are some optimal burning tips?
For the first burn, let the wax reach the container’s edge to prevent tunneling. Limit each session to 3-4 hours to avoid overheating. Trim the wick to 1/4 inch for a stable flame. If the flame is too large, extinguish it and trim the wick. Avoid drafts to minimize soot.
Use the coaster to extinguish the candle and protect surfaces from cups. Never leave the candle unattended.
How do store scented candles?
Store scented candles in a cool, dry, and dark place, such as a closet, to preserve their fragrance and structure.
How do I remove the wax?
Allow your candle to cool to room temperature. Place the glass jar in the freezer overnight to solidify the wax. Scrape out the hardened wax with a butter knife, being careful not to fracture the glass. To remove any remaining wax, place the vessel in the sink and fill with warm water. Allow the vessel to soak for a few hours; any residual wax should have crystallized on the top. Remove the solidified wax and clean the vessel with soap and water.

Can I change/cancel my order?
If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us at wekukuhome@gmail.com right away. We will do our best to satisfy your request.
Can I send my order as a gift?
WEKÜKÜ's products make perfect gifts for any occasion. If you would like to leave a gift note, please contact us at wekukuhome@gmail.com. Invoices are not included in orders, so gift recipients will not see the price of the order.

Is my information secure online?
All personal information is secure on our website. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to ensure the safety of your data. Additionally, we process and store your information in compliance with all PCI security standards.
What payment methods are accepted?

Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all purchases over $99 (excluding tax and shipping). For orders under $99, there is a $6 delivery fee.Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped via standard ground shipping.
Where do you ship?
3 - 6 Business days for customer in Canada and US, ship from Toronto warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, online orders are only available for delivery to the United States and Canada. For international requests (including Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii), please contact our customer service team at wekukuhome@gmail.com and someone will take your order and provide a shipping quote.
How long will it take to get my order?
All orders are processed and sent within 3 to 5 business days. Please allow for more processing time around major sales or holidays.
Domestic purchases shipping within the contiguous United States can take 3-10 business days to arrive after being picked up and scanned in by our carrier, depending on location. Alaska, Hawaii, and distant territories may take longer.
Returns
Can I return or exchange my product?
If you’re not 100% satisfied with one of your products, we would love to help make that right! Please contact our Customer Care team at wekukuhome@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll help get the process started. We require proof of purchase to process your request.

How long does it take to process a return?
Once your merchandise has been returned to our facility, please allow us up to 5 business days to process the return and issue a refund or gift card.
